8 of our athletes competed in the Metro Dash, they over came some fears and did well in the cold!! Great job to our Warrior Athletes!!
Team Texas is in full training mode with the Arnold/Nationals only 3 weeks away!! Light Weight Baby!!
Everyone get rested and fueled up we have a big week ahead; 2 b-day WOD’s, a “girl” and lots of max effort!!

25 Double Unders or 75 singles

February On-Ramp is off to a fabulous start! We have some serious athletes on our hands! Remember that we also offer personal training!
Our next food talk is this Thursday, February 16th at 7pm. All are welcome. Diet is 80%… make that lifestyle change.
