CrossFit WOD:
Workout of the Day – A different CrossFit workout every day.
Olympic WOD:
Olympic Lifting Workout of the Day – A CrossFit workout integrated with Olympic Lifting Techniques.
On Ramp:
CrossFit Skills Program – 7-8PM Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Four week introduction to the basics of CrossFit.
Personal Training:
One-On-One sessions with our coaches. Available by appointment.
Olympic Lifting:
A two hour session focused on Olympic Lifting Techniques. Fridays from 4-6 PM Only.
